## Options

Given:

```

The following patterns are considered violations:

```css
[class*="test"] {}
```

```css
[title~="flower"] {}
```

```css
[class^="top"] {}
```

The following patterns are *not* considered violations:

```css
[target] {}
```

```css
[target="_blank"] {}
```

```css
[class|="top"] {}
```
